Toby Rogala-Bojakowski
Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist (BSc, MSc, SEPit)
I am a Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist supporting children, adolescents and adults to build confidence, resilience and the mindset needed to perform at their best – whether that’s in sport, education, work or everyday life.
I completed both my BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Loughborough University (accredited by the BPS) and am currently completing the CASES Supervised Experience Pathway (SEPAR) to work towards HCPC registration as a qualified Performance Psychologist. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychological approaches, tailored to each individual’s goals, strengths and experiences.
While I have a specialist interest in sport, exercise and performance, I work with people from all walks of life. This includes athletes, coaches, personal trainers and recreational exercisers, as well as students preparing for exams, professionals navigating workplace pressures, or anyone looking to build confidence, improve motivation or perform more effectively in situations that matter to them.
When we work together, we will take a collaborative approach. Whether you’re returning to sport or work after injury, training for your first 5km race, preparing to compete at the highest level, working towards a promotion or facing important exams and deadlines, I offer a supportive and collaborative space to help you develop the psychological tools needed to achieve your goals.
Our sessions can be remote or in person, creating a welcoming environment where together we can explore the barriers holding you back, build on your strengths and develop practical strategies that lead to lasting wellbeing and performance in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable for you.
I work with clients who want to:
Build confidence
Overcome performance anxiety
Set goals
Develop routines
Maintain focus and motivation with injury rehabilitation
Build resilient mindsets.
